Mission:
The QMS Facilitator is responsible for the definition of overall quality, which aims to obtain and/or maintain an ISO 9001 – 2015 certification. This constitutes a quality label of its products and services for this client BU.
It ensures the implementation of the quality system, its adaptation and its evolution to the needs of the company in close collaboration with the various operational managers of the BU.
Its main activities are:
Participate in the creation/update of the process mapping on the scope concerned.
Support each department in order to set up and maintain the quality system in accordance with the Vision, the Customer Requirements and ISO 9001, in accordance with the defined schedule.
- Define in coordination with the Department Heads, the animation system and the associated steering indicators.
Coordinate reporting to the Management for all entities on the Europe scope and then at the international level according to the programme defined.
Animate contributors responsible for updating/creating processes in their sector.
Participates, as appropriate, in the drafting of internal procedures for the various departments of the company.
Check the adequacy of these procedures with the reality of the field and their compliance with the Management’s requirements.
Implementation of a monitoring system to ensure the sustainability of the approach implemented.
Produce and implement associated documentation and procedures. - Organise and monitor quality audits whenever necessary.
Profile sought:
With superior training in quality (Bac+5 level), you have a 1st experience of at least 3 years in quality functions if possible in industrial environment. You are interested in the implementation of processes, the transversal animation of multidisciplinary teams, and the management of quality systems, in the very demanding environment of the automobile.
A certain versatility in the different areas of quality is required: Commerce Quality, Business Engineering, Project Development, Supply Chain.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and the IATF 16949 standard would be a real plus.
